Fast-Food Sushi
Here we have fish of a lesser quality in general along with larger servings of rice and smaller servings of fish, which is to be expected because prices are much lower. Large platters of futo-maki, inari, and nigiri are popular items ordered a couple of hours or more in advance for parties and gatherings, while temaki hand rolls or small individual sets of sushi are great for take-out.

Ninja Sushi. A Closer Look. Various locations. 839-9797. The new-wave offerings like caterpillar, dragon, and dynamite rolls keep this place interesting and a good bet for tasty, creative, and decent-quality sushi. Besides a wide range of nigiri, gunkan, maki, and other vinegared rice choices, there are also bento sets, donburi bowls, large party platters, and items like udon, soba, katsu, curries, poke, kalbi, teriyaki chicken, and more.

Prices: $. Map. Used to be a really great fast-food sushi, but the fish grades and overall quality at the various outlets have taken a very noticeable downturn.
